These resources are published by the firm, not by a personality. That only works if the standard is visible — so here it is.
Tested, not summarized
Every tool or workflow we recommend has been set up and run by us on real business documents before it appears here. If we haven't used it, we say so or we don't mention it.
No sponsored placements, no commissions
We don't resell software, take referral fees, or accept payment for coverage. When a tool is named, it's because it earned the spot in a workflow we'd put in front of a client.
Prices are real and dated
Where we quote what something costs — ours or the market's — the figure is current at the date on the piece and updated when it changes. Ranges are sourced; our own prices are the ones on our services pages.
