Flagship Service · From $2,499

An AI executive assistant for everyone on your team.

Each person gets a Claude workspace configured for their actual job. It knows the business, drafts their emails and documents, preps their meetings, and handles the repetitive work they hate.

What It Is

Not a chatbot license. A configured assistant per role.

Buying AI licenses for the team is easy. Getting the team to use them is where it falls apart — generic chat windows don't know your business, your formats, or anyone's actual job, so they get opened twice and forgotten.

We do it differently. We interview each person about their real week, then build them a Claude workspace configured for that work: custom instructions, project spaces for their recurring tasks, and connections to email, calendar, and docs where their tools allow. Then we sit with them until it's a habit.

The math on one desk

One admin assistant hire~$45,000/yr
Assistant pilot — 2–3 desks$2,499 once

And the pilot isn't one desk — it covers every desk you point it at.

In Practice

What this looks like on a real desk.

Three roles, three different assistants. Same pattern: the recurring work gets drafted, prepped, and tracked — the person reviews and sends.

01

Office Manager

  • Inbox triage — every morning's email sorted and drafted for review
  • Scheduling and calendar wrangling across the team
  • Vendor follow-ups written and tracked, not forgotten
02

Project Manager

  • Weekly status reports drafted from project notes
  • Meeting summaries with action items and owners
  • Client update emails in the right tone, first draft done
03

Owner

  • Proposal drafts built from past wins and the client's brief
  • The weekly numbers turned into a plain-English narrative
  • Research delegated in the morning, summarized by lunch

Pricing

Start small. Roll out by role.

Most clients pilot with 2–3 people, then roll out to the rest of the team once the results are obvious.

Why Us

We run our own firm on exactly this system. Lead research, client documents, and day-to-day operations here are AI-assisted daily. We build what we use — and we know where it breaks, because we've broken it first.

Fit Check

Right for some. Not for everyone.

A great fit if…

  • Your team is 5–50 people and drowning in email, admin, and documents
  • The same reports, updates, and follow-ups get rebuilt by hand every week
  • You've tried a ChatGPT license and it collected dust — nobody knew what to do with it
  • You want each person faster at their own job, not a new tool bolted on top of it

Not a fit if…

  • You want fully autonomous automation with no human in the loop — that's our Implementation service
  • You're a solo operator — a pilot works best with 2–3 people to compare across roles
  • You want a chatbot for your customers — this is for your team, not your website

FAQ

The questions owners ask first.

What can the assistant actually see? What about our data?
Each person's assistant sees only what that person gives it — the documents, emails, and context connected to their workspace. Nothing is shared across workspaces unless you choose to share it, and on commercial Claude plans your business data is not used to train public models. We set up permissions with you and document it all in your usage policy.
What tools do we need for this to work?
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 covers most of it — that's where email, calendar, and docs connections live. If a tool of yours can't connect directly, the assistant still earns its keep through simple copy-in workflows we set up during the pilot. No new software purchases required beyond Claude seats.
What happens if we stop the managed plan?
You keep everything. The workspaces, custom instructions, project spaces, and prompt playbooks are yours — they keep working exactly as configured. The managed plan only covers ongoing tune-ups and new capabilities; it's not a hostage arrangement.
How is this different from just buying ChatGPT or Claude licenses?
The license is the cheap part — and on its own it mostly goes unused. What you're paying us for is the configuration, the per-role setup, and the training: an assistant that already knows your business, your formats, and each person's actual job on day one. That's the difference between a tool someone might open and an assistant they use every day.
